Overview:
DINFN-AFB (protective blanket type) high-temperature wear-resistant composite sleeve is made of 96% silica fluffy fiber cloth and aramid fiber cloth. It's processed with DuPont wear-resistant additives and silicone vulcanization. It has high wear resistance and blocks high-temperature flames. Its unique structure suits environments with severe splashing, like smelting. It can withstand continuous exposure to 530°C and short-term 950°C heat.
The DINFN-AFCV high-temperature wear-resistant composite sleeve, made from DINFN-AFB protective blanket material, retains the properties of DINFN-AFB and is designed to protect cables and oil pipes. It features a Nomex hook-and-loop fastener design, allowing wrapping without cable or oil pipe removal. This sleeve can withstand high temperatures, friction, impacts, flames, and molten iron splashes generated during equipment operation. It even blocks splashes from molten slag discharge, preventing damage to oil pipes and electrical cables, and ensuring continuous equipment operation. It comes in various sizes, with the largest being 250mm.
Applications:
High - temperature anti - corrosion areas in industries like iron and steel, metallurgy, chemical engineering, and power generation.
