Overview:

DN8261 is a single-component, solvent-free product specifically designed for anti-corrosion of metal surfaces. It can be used in high-temperature and high-humidity environments and offers excellent electrical insulation properties and chemical stability. It is resistant to water, acids, alkalis, salt spray, ozone, and weathering, and has good adhesion to a variety of metals and non-metal materials.

DN8261 is an organosilicon product that vulcanizes into an elastic solid by reacting with moisture in the air at room temperature. The cured coating has rubber-like elasticity and can be used for long-term service in the temperature range of 150–300°C.

Applications:
For anti-corrosion treatment of metal surfaces, especially the internal surfaces of equipment operating at temperatures below 300°C.
For anti-corrosion of equipment in industries such as steel mills, coal mines, power plants, and petrochemical plants, such as pipes and tanks.
For surface treatment with high salt spray resistance requirements, such as in marine engineering, shipbuilding, and petrochemical industries.
